The live entertainment industry suffers from the lack of a systematic approach to the recognition of professionals and their training. The recognition of the figures is fragmented, and often the training courses are based on obsolete models.<\/p>\n

In this context and in accordance with the objectives of the\u00a0ELMA<\/a> Initiative (European Live Music Association) in which\u00a0Assomusica<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(IT) and\u00a0MESO Events<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(GR) are activelly involved, another alliance including another EURICCA partner,\u00a0the\u00a0European Centre for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(FR), as well as the\u00a0Emilia Romagna Region<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(IT),\u00a0Epralima<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(PT)\u00a0&\u00a0Plasa<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(UK) created a consotrtium that has been granted an\u00a0ERASMUS+<\/strong>\u00a0Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices project:\u00a0<\/b>the\u00a0CCLEP <\/strong>(Certified Competences For Live Events Professionals).<\/p>\n

CCLEP AIM:\u00a0To promote the official recognition and validation of qualifications, skills and competences of innovative professions of the live music events industry by developing a replicable advocacy methodology to support recognition processes at the regional\/national or EU levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES:
\n\u00b7 Strengthen cooperation and networking between partner organizations
\n\u00b7 Facilitate the recognition and validation of qualifications, skills and competences of the professions of rigger, scaffolder,\u00a0<\/span>live music events producer
\n\u00b7 Encourage cooperation between public, private and VET bodies
\n\u00b7 Strengthen partners\u2019 advocacy ability and training offers.<\/span><\/p>\n

PARTICIPANTS

\n<\/span>\u00b7 200 stakeholders (VET providers, policy-makers and representatives of the Live Music Events Sector)
\n<\/span>\u00b7 250 people \u2013 general public
\n<\/span>\u00b7 3.000 organizations, SMEs, associations of the Live Music Events Sector
\n<\/span>\u00b7 1.000 bodies and single professionals active in the VET sector
\n<\/span>\u00b7 500 officials working in public bodies
\n<\/span>\u00b7 5.000 professionals already working as rigger, scaffolder, live music events<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
